How to properly wash your teeth
The oral cavity is divided into four areas. Imagine two geometric axes bounding the four areas. Top right, top left, bottom left, bottom right.

Correct steps and time needed for brushing are:

Time 1
(bottom right) - the inside (lingual), movements from the bottom up
(bottom left) - the top (upper edge of the teeth) go forth moves on toothsurface
- the outer (facial), down up moves or eject moves

Time 2
(top right) - inner or palate (roof of mouth) moves up and down
(top left) - the above part, back and forth movements
- the outside or vestibular part, up and down moves

Time 3
(front)- bottom front part moves upwards in the shaft of the teeth
- above front teeth, moves up and down in the shaft of the teeth

Time 4
- keeping the teeth tight-holding the brush handle to the left brushing is made to the right with vertical movements
- holding the brush handle to the right brushing is made to the left with vertical movements

EVERY MOVE AT EACH TIME ARE MADE 10 TIMES!

This technique of brushing is good to be acquired by parents and children as soon as possible. A correct technique is very important for a good hygiene preventing tooth decay and gum problems.
